Can I offer a free trial?
Yes. Set trial days on the plan, then create the vendor subscription with Trialing status. The system calculates trial period dates.
Can plans be billed monthly or annually?
Yes. Plans support monthly pricing, annual billing, and configurable annual discounts.
Can one vendor have many outlets?
Yes. Outlets are controlled by plan limits, and stock, sales, purchases, and reports remain outlet-aware.
Are product prices tax inclusive?
Yes. Customer-facing prices are treated as tax inclusive, and receipts can show tax details while preserving the final selling price.
Can I import products with Excel?
Yes. Product, category, subcategory, brand, expense, and expense category workflows can support bulk import and export.
Does POS support barcode scanners?
Yes. Products can store barcodes, and POS can use scanner input to add matching items quickly.
Can I track supplier credit?
Yes. Supplier item credit and supplier payment history help track balances until they are cleared.
